Palm Jebel Ali – The Beach And Coral Collection Frond B offers 5-, 6-, and 7-bedroom beachfront villas on one of Dubai's developing man-made islands. The project consists of 44 residences divided into two collections: 32 Beach Villas (5- and 6-bedroom layouts) and 12 Coral Villas (6- and 7-bedroom configurations). Each home includes a private pool, landscaped gardens, outdoor terraces, and direct beach access.
Five international design firms collaborated on the project: Naga, LOCI, WATG, Design LW, and SAOTA. The architecture draws on coastal themes, with wave-inspired exterior lines and layouts that emphasize natural light and open connections between indoor and outdoor spaces. Villas feature multiple lounges, roof terraces with sea views, en-suite bedrooms, and modern kitchens with high-end appliances.
The development sits on a private frond within Palm Jebel Ali, providing a coastal setting with access to Dubai's highway network. Planned metro and bus links will improve connectivity. Residents can reach Dubai Marina, JLT, Downtown Dubai, international schools, and both of Dubai's airports via existing road infrastructure.
The Spine serves as the central wellness and community hub, offering fitness facilities and social spaces. The neighborhood includes tree-lined streets, pocket parks, jogging and cycling tracks, and pedestrian walkways. The gated community operates with 24/7 security and provides children's play areas, a gymnasium, and marina access for water sports.
The project incorporates native landscaping, energy-efficient villa design, and waste management programs. Starting prices begin at AED 18.1 million, with a payment plan structured as 20% down payment, 60% during construction, and 20% on handover. Completion is scheduled for December 2028. Developer Nakheel oversees all planning and construction phases.
