Canal Crown is a 38-storey residential tower in Business Bay developed by DAMAC Properties in collaboration with de Grisogono. The building offers studios, one and two-bedroom apartments, and three and four-bedroom duplexes overlooking the Dubai Canal.
The tower features floor-to-ceiling glass panels that maximize natural light and canal views. Units include high-end finishes, premium fixtures, and modern appliances. The entrance foyer is designed with a focus on space and elegance.
